1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a tenant account or using MahaPOS (pos.mahadev.lk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or registered business, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Provision & Subscriptions
MahaPOS is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription basis (SPARK, ORBIT, ELITE). Subscriptions are billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on a monthly or annual renewal schedule. You may upgrade, downgrade, or terminate your subscription at any time through the billing settings.
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree to use MahaPOS strictly for lawful retail and commercial business management. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the application, bypass role-based access restrictions, or conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning against our infrastructure.
4. Availability & Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for core POS billing APIs. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed during unforeseen telecommunications outages. MahaPOS includes an offline billing buffer to mitigate local internet connectivity disruptions.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts in Colombo.
