Mahadev Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") operates MahaPOS (pos.mahadev.lk). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, isolate, and protect business transaction data, customer records, and employee information when you use our cloud point-of-sale platform.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

MahaPOS enforces logical multi-tenant data boundaries. Your business records—including product costs, sales revenue, customer credit ledgers, and employee details—are strictly quarantined. No other tenant, business owner, or unauthorized user can access or view your records.

3. Information We Collect

When you create a MahaPOS business account, we collect:

• Account details: Business name, owner name, email address, and phone number.
• Transactional records: Invoice line items, sale amounts, payment methods, and timestamps.
• Catalog data: Product descriptions, prices, barcodes, and inventory levels.
• Security audit logs: User logins, cashier voids, and client IP addresses.

4. Ownership of Business Data

You retain full ownership of your catalog, sales transactions, and customer records. You may export your entire catalog, customer ledger, and sales history to standard CSV/Excel format at any time. We will never sell, monetize, or disclose your transactional data to third-party advertisers.
